    Description

    The Scotland 1 Pound banknote was issued in 1992 to commemorate the European Summit which was held in Edinburgh in 1992. The banknotes obverse features Lord Ilay while the back side depicts Edinburgh Castle. The note is 128 x 65 mm in size and carries a solid security thread. It also has a watermark that shows Lord Ilay when held against the light. This particular Scotland 1 Pound banknote comes in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
