Very, very rare tour program from the ROLLING STONES 1968 performance at Wembley. The original owner of the program made handwritten notations of all of the performers in the POLL-WINNERS ALL-STARS CONCERT, noting when they performed in the rotation and how many songs performed. He also noted by the photos if he had met the artist or not. Interestingly, he noted on their ad page that he had met the Jimi Hendrix Experience.Of particular significance is the printed disclaimer: "Extra artists booked too late for inclusion in this programme will be announced by the comperes." The program owner noted that the ROLLING STONES were the 7th act in the second half of the show and played 2 songs. The 2 songs were "Satisfaction" and "Jumpin' Jack Flash" (which wasn't even released in the UK until May 24th!). Other than the "Circus", THIS WAS THEIR ONLY PERFORMANCE IN 1968!! Measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Only fair condition. The cover is loose, and shows wear. Original owner of the program made lots of handwritten notes throughout, which add a deeper level of knowledge to the event.
