    INFO...
This flower stem cutter was manufactured by the Ullman Company in Northampton, Massachusetts, possibly as early as during the 1930s, when it was first sold.
This vintage metal tool was used by florists to cut flower stems at an angle in hopes that the flowers would stay fresh longer.
The metal is pretty good condition,  and the removable blade looks to be in good shape.
It measures approximately 5" long and 4" wide taking into account how the scissors-like handles extend beyond the top blade holder to the left and that the top blade holder extends past the scissors-like handles to the right.
There about the same size as a regular pair of Scissors
This tool will be sent out to the buyer via USPS First Class Mail.
